Jim White
Director of Engineering

Jim White has 25 years of experience in facility maintenance and building operations. Jim handles the bidding, contracting, management and completion of tenant construction and capital improvement projects.

Steve Dowell
Supervisor, HVAC

Steve Dowell supervises the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (“HVAC”) Department. Mr. Dowell has 25 years of experience working in the HVAC/construction industry. He has also earned a Systems Maintenance Administrator designation from BOMA.

Dave Scott
Supervisor, Maintenance

Prior to joining Inverness Properties in 1999, Mr. Scott managed a full service mechanical shop for 20 years. He is proficient in automation systems for Trane, Siebe, Alerton, and Andover.

Rich LaGuardia
Project Coordinator

Rich is responsible for the overall coordination and management of all of ISG’s projects. He has 20 years experience in project management, facilities management and building operations.

Linda Kaboth
Vice President

Linda focuses on building relationships with current and new customers for the organization’s services, identifying new development/acquisition opportunities, and sourcing new capital partners.

TJ Tarbell

T.J. is primarily responsible for setting the firms strategic direction, business development, and financial oversight.
